The staff on arrival were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that everything was explained to me in detail. The room was comfortable with a brilliant pool view and a fantastic bathroom. The hotel's location in a peaceful garden setting close to the beach made it a perfect retreat. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and a beautiful garden. The hotel facilities, including the huge swimming pool and direct pool access from our villa, added to the fantastic experience. The location, nestled in the midst of a Thai nature reserve, provided a serene atmosphere and easy access to Nai Yang beach. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, with fresh tropical fruit every day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a constant smile. The transportation to the beach by a "moving bridge" run by the staff was a unique and adventurous experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The garden villa we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge, safe, and dressing gown. The bathroom was unique and fun, with a closed terrace concept that offered privacy. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests or questions. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We loved that we could easily explore the area without having to rely on expensive taxis.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The poolside villa was enormous, clean, and super cozy. The exceptional pool views and our own little pool access terrace were incredible. The massive bathtub was a nice added touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a swim-up bar and plenty of shady spots to enjoy a drink by the pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, located near a beautiful forest and just a short walk away from the beach. The staff was lovely and super helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with so much to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic, they were always willing to help. The bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel had immediate beach access, just a short walk away. The beach was clean, with great sand and kid-safe water. The hotel was only 8 minutes away from the airport, making it convenient. The breakfast had a superb range of products and the hotel had a large pool mostly to ourselves. The hotel was located close to a small national park and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
