The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and new. The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The wifi was fast, and I appreciated the room upgrade upon arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and a 20-minute walk to Karon. It was away from the noise but still close to restaurants and bars. There was even a 7/11 nearby for convenience. The hotel staff was amazing, they cleaned our room every day and even provided 2 small water bottles in the refrigerator. The room had everything we needed and the hotel facilities, like the pool, were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Wooddy and the reception girl, were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They offered a free airport drive and even upgraded my daughter's room. We also appreciated the free loan of beach umbrella and cover. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we didn't need anything more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The value for money was great, and I even got help organizing a reasonably priced taxi to the airport. The staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly, always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking spaces, which was helpful if you rented a motorbike. The hotel's central location in this city made it a perfect choice, especially if you are traveling with children and want to avoid heavy traffic. The internet connection was also reliable throughout my 14-day stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They arranged a free airport transfer and even upgraded my daughter's room to be closer to ours. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel also provided complimentary umbrellas and beach covers for guests to use. the staff, cleanliness, and hotel facilities were top-notch.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, organizing a transfer from the airport for us and even greeting us by name upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and all the necessary facilities. The hotel also had really quick wifi, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. We booked all our tours through the hotel manager, who offered great value and excellent service. the staff, room, and location exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
